Hot pink leopard print grosgrain ribbon sewn with coordinating 100% cotton thread atop black nylon webbing. Triple stitched at stress points for added strength.
Fitted with a 3/8" curved side-release buckle, slide (for size adjustments), and nickel-plated, welded d-ring.
Fits neck sizes 7-11".
